We were asked to create a set of specialized shots for a series of ads for global sports supplements brand Nutripure.
Slow-motion macro shots of protein powders breaking the surface tension of the water. Close-ups of protein pills dropping into a drink bottle, air bubbles rising past it as it sinks into the water. Point-of-view shots of protein gel as it's pushed out of its packet. We delivered a varied collection of shots that ultimately brought that extra oomph to the final result.
After a few internal meetings where we discussed the best ways to show the products being used, we got to work. We tested different way to make the products make contact with the water cleanly, and ultimately settled on a specific combination of hydraulics, pistons and 3D-printed attachments.
